As a Certified Coach with the Maxwell Leadership Team, Doug's passion is to help clients get unstuck and move forward toward their personal and professional growth goals. Assessing behavior
One of the most effective tools to promote growth of individuals and teams is the Maxwell DISC Program. As a Certified DISC Consultant of the Maxwell Leadership Team, Doug can provide the assessment tools and reports for individuals or groups, and guide you towards better communication and effective cooperation in personal or professional settings.
Training
Training individuals, teams, and organizations is our wheelhouse. As a Trainer with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, Doug has authorization to use John Maxwell materials as well as his own library of training materials he has developed and proven over decades of leadership.
